Sculptural group in painted and polychrome wood, dating from the 15th century, Flanders. The composition depicts a devotional scene with the dead Christ, Our Lady and Magdalene, accompanied by mourning figures. The piece preserves old polychromy and displays expressive modelling typical of late medieval sacred sculpture.
